By accessing or using Tamga Run ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tamga Run provides a distributed compute platform that connects hardware providers with users who need computing resources. The Service includes GPU and CPU rental, container deployment, and related infrastructure services.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Payment Terms

Compute resources are billed by the second at the rates displayed on our platform. Payments are due in advance for pay-as-you-go usage. Invoices are generated monthly for enterprise customers.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for cryptocurrency mining, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or any other activity that is harmful to the network or its users. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tamga Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
